Interior stylist Tess Beagley didn’t have to travel far when it came to designing a room makeover for her latest clients — her two young daughters. Ms Beagley, of Minted Interiors, recently transformed the girls’ shared bedroom into a light, bright boudoir that better suited their growing needs and invoked both Jemima, two, and four-year-old Lotte’s personalities.

“It was all about creating a space that the girls would love with a happy, upbeat and fun vibe to suit their gorgeously energetic personalities and ages,” Ms Beagley said.

Ms Beagley also turned the fireplace itself into a design feature, installing a candy-stripe Zilverblauw wallpaper from Little Muse & Market and a custom neon ‘soda’ light from Neon Poodle.
